Simple Process – Little Fuss or Mess

"My family has enjoyed the meals and I have appreciated the convenience of preparing meals ahead of time. One of my resolutions this year was to be better prepared with dinner meal planning. Hopefully to make everyday life easier for a family of 6, as well as saving some money on groceries. In our house we need to have healthier meals ready to prepare instead of eating out or take out alternatives. Preparing the 5 different chicken meals was a simple process. With little fuss or mess. There are many different schedules in our household and having dinner in a crock pot or warming in an oven until individuals are able to eat has been a hit. We are a family of 6 adults, so when making the meals as printed, I have added more chicken to the recipes to accommodate our needs. The recipes have turned out great with these accommodations. To save money, I have used chicken thighs in the Caribbean Chicken, Honey Mustard and Tortilla soup. All have turned out tasty moist and convenient. Thank you!"

I Freaking Loved It!

Surprised that I had made so many meals in so little time!

I loved these recipes!

I have wanted to do freezer meals for a while. I tried oamc (once a month cooking) many years ago -- once. It was exhausting. The meals were good and it was fun to just pull supper out of the freezer, but there was so much prep time that I never did it again. Now my kids have grown, my ability to cook, clean, etc. varies from day to day. I have tried a couple different dump crockpot meals, and they were okay, but not exactly what I wanted.

Your meals are enticing, the directions are clearly written and simple to follow. The shopping list choices make it easier to shop.

I chose the assembly by recipe because I have a small kitchen with little counter space and a vintage kitchenette table.

I was surprised that I had made so many meals in so little time. With each meal making 4 servings, there is always enough; if one of the kids stops over, I can offer dinner to him or her easily, or have 2 servings leftover for next day lunch. If more than one person stops in, I can pull the second meal out of the freezer.

And one more thing, because we have only a fridge top freezer, I chose to line my disposable 9x13s with overlapping foil, so I could freeze each casserole meal, wrap tightly in foil and store all of them in less space. The disposable trays will still come in handy on cooking day. I was not watch the assembly video, but the written directions were clear enough that I didn't need it.

I can't wait for the other new plans from FreezEasy!

Newbie “Freezer Cooker” Loves the Video

"I think this is a wonderful plan you have put together. I have never prepared freezer meals and have always wanted to. Your grocery lists, assembly instructions, and the video have been great! Huge Grocery Savings in SF Bay Area

"I received the plan just before a grueling week at work with my only day off on a Monday. I needed to get some slow cooker meals in the freezer so I could have meals ready for my family. I spent about $90 for 8 freezer meals plus 3 additional meals for after my crazy work week. I managed to get all of my meals plus misc veggies and other frozen products into my fridge freezer. Now, this week the only shopping that has occurred is for school lunch supplies and coffee creamer. For a family of three in the Bay Area and without doing any real shopping for deals our total for two weeks of meals was under $125 ($90 for the 10 freezer meals, $35 for the other items.) Not bad considering we've got a picky 9 yr with a hallow leg."
