Gluten Free Adaptations & No Exotic Ingredients!
"So far, my family has really liked the recipes. The Honey Mustard Chicken was definitely a favorite. It was good on the gluten-free Schar ciabbatta rolls.The Slow Cooker Tortilla soup was a great, they loved it. Served with sour cream and crushed chips on top. The Thai Chicken Bake had great flavor without being too overpowering. I really liked that these recipes were easy to adapt to gluten free, and I didn't have to find any exotic ingredients. The only "specialty" GF ingredient I needed to get were the breadcrumbs. GF breadcrumbs are thankfully much easier to find these days. Other than that, I just needed to make sure the chicken broth, mustard, and other sauces were labeled GF, which is also much easier to find these days. All these meals went well with naturally gluten free side dishes like rice, corn chips, veggies, etc. Thank you for making them so gluten-free friendly!"
