Cooking Directions for Single Meal

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F/180 C. Lightly grease 8x8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup and the Dijon mustard. Pour over the salmon in the prepared dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through. Cooking time will depend on thickness of the salmon. Remove skin from cooked salmon.
  4. Warm the dinner rolls.
  5. Prepare salad or veggies.
  6. Serve Maple Dijon Salmon with side of dinner rolls and salad or veggies.

Freezeasy Meal Prep Directions

  1. Cut salmon into 8 portions, if necessary.
  2. Whisk together 8 Tbsp maple syrup and 8 Tbsp Dijon mustard in a small bowl.

To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:

  • 4 portions of salmon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Maple-Dijon sauce

Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.

Freeze & Thaw Instructions

Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the baking dish and baking as directed.
